Metroparks outdoor experts will be on hand to guide you in discovering your next outdoor passion\, while Mercy Health professionals will showcase how time in nature supports mental and physical health. Mercy Health will also offer on-site health screenings and resources\, including the mobile mammography van. \nThis is an inclusive event with staff trained to provide accommodations\, including a low sensory zone and adaptive equipment for all abilities. Activities will include: \nTree Climbing\nMetroparks Eco-Therapy\nArchery\nCanoeing and Kayaking\nAccessible Biking Zone\nAnd more! \nEnjoy music\, food trucks\, and a full day of connecting to the outdoors at Side Cut Metropark.
