SUMMARY:Africa! Flow
DESCRIPTION:Stretch to the sky with the giraffes! Exercise your flow practice at yoga on the Africa! Overlook as you connect with your movements and the Savanna morning scenery. Breathe into the relaxing atmosphere\, and enjoy snacks and refreshments following the class. For afternoon sessions\, arrive early to wander through the Zoo and witness them winding down for the evening. For classes taking place during the Lights Before Christmas\, stay late and take in the magic of the lights! \nPlease be sure to bring your own mat and arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for time to fill out a waiver.
