Business After Hours, Henry County Chamber of Commerce Meet & Greet, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
The Members of the Chamber, who are our local businesses, recognize and celebrate the volunteerism of the Symphony of Trees Board and their committees. Appetizers and cash bar available. 50/50 drawing, raffle and door prizes.

Friday, November 12
Germanfest: a good down-home German-American BEER Fest, 7:00 PM – Midnight
Show up in costume, and you’ll win the Best-Dressed fraulein! (We’ll be judging that lederhosen too), a beer chug championship, grilled chicken halves, brats, German Potato Salad and big Bready Pretzels! Steins for everyone. Taste various CRAFT beers from our Northwest Ohio Area … of course, we’ll have some domestics to keep you happy. German wines. Be ready to Bid High and Often during our Live Auction, Silent Auctions, Raffles. PROST!

Saturday, November 13
The Famous Tapestry of Tables Luncheon, 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Folks are invited to create lovely table settings and then be a Host/Hostess at this luncheon. We are always looking for people to join in. It’s a great way to show off your best china, and your creative talents. Friends will then arrive to enjoy music and a fantastic lunch and tea. Entertainment, Live Auctions, Silent Auctions, Raffles and Door Prizes. Be ready to bid high and bid often.

The Symphony of Trees GALA Dinner Dance, 6:00 PM – Midnight
Meet and Greet Appetizers and Bar are available for the first hour. Come upstairs to the Armory Room of Trees where all the tables will be decorated to share our elegant theme. A wonderful meal, sides and desserts are served. This is a night of live music and dancing. A night of silent and live auctions, raffles and toasting the Holiday Season! A signature cocktail is available along with a full cash bar.

Sunday, November 14
“Children’s Christmas Carnival” Children’s Party, 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Come with your children or grandchildren and play with the characters of this fun book and movie. Play at different stations. A raucous time is had with an obstacle course that includes blowup gyms, climb and play areas. Arts and crafts projects are included. Take home treats and pizza.
