Wednesday, November 13
~Public Preview
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Join us for a preview of the 2018 Symphony trees and decor. The Sweet Shop and Gift Shop will also be open to provide for your holiday needs.

~A Christmas De-light: Children Activities
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Filled with warmth and brightened by traditional Christmas activities. Children ages 4-8, will be “de-lighted” to celebrate the holiday season as we Wish Upon a Star.

Thursday, November 14
*Auction Area, Sweet Shop and Gift Shop Open All Day*

~Public Viewing of Trees
9:00 AM – Noon
The 2019 Victorian Tea will feature hostesses displaying tables decorated in a wide variety of themes and messages. These dazzling creations will be on view to the public during a free open house from 9 AM – Noon. The Gift and Sweet Shops will be open as well. Come out, catch the holiday spirit, and get some amazing decoration ideas. Don’t forget to bring your camera!

~Victorian Tea
Noon – 2:00 PM
Enjoy a festive afternoon that will transport you back to a more elegant time. Tea, refreshments, seasonal music and a raffle will all be part of the program. Raffles and music will be part of the high tea festivities.
NOTE: Reservations and a $25.00 donation is required for the Victorian Tea.

~Volunteer Recognition/Business After Hours
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Henry County Chamber of Commerce members are invited to enjoy a Symphony of Trees preview while honoring the many volunteers that make this effort possible.
NOTE: Cash bar available.

Friday, November 15

~Community Luncheon
11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Bring family, friends and co-workers and dine among the trees.
NOTE: We suggest a $5.00 per person donation.

~Tunes in the Trees
7:00 PM – Midnight
Gather a team of eight and test your music knowledge with an entertaining game of Name That Tune.
NOTE: Reservations and a $40.00 per person donation is required for Tunes in the Trees.

~Tapestry of Tables Luncheon

Take this opportunity to dine at one of the breathtaking tables during the Tapestry of Tables luncheon. Silent and live auctions will add to the atmosphere.
NOTE: Reservations and a $30.00 per person donation are required for the Tapestry of Tables.

Silent Auctions Running Throughout the Afternoon!
~Symphony Gala
6:00 PM – Midnight
The Symphony Gala is an event with style and class. After a wonderful dinner, dance the night away to the sounds of Pop’s Garage, check them out on their Facebook page, Pop’s Garage! Still not convinced? Live and silent auctions will highlight the evening.
NOTE: Reservations and a $75.00 per person donation are required for the Symphony Gala. Tables for 8 may be reserved for $600.
NOTE: Julie’s Portrait Creations will be available during the GALA to capture your special holiday memories (additional charge.)

~Jingle Bell Jam and Sunday Brunch

Enjoy live holiday entertainment provided by local groups and a tasty brunch. Santa promises a visit during the brunch!
NOTE: Reservations are encouraged but not required … walk-ins are welcomed. A donation of $15.00 per adult and $10.00 per child (12 and under) is required. (presale tickets for adults are $13.00)
NOTE: Julie’s Portrait Creations will be available during the Sunday brunch to capture your special holiday memories (additional charge.)

~Tree Viewing and Silent Auction
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
1:30 PM – Closing of the 1st Silent Auction group.
2:00 PM – Closing of the 2nd Silent Auction group.

~Children’s Pajama Party
3:00 – 4:30 PM
Boys and Girls come dressed in your finest PJs and enjoy a fun holiday activity.
NOTE: A donation of $10.00 per adult and $10.00 per child is required.
