The Northwest Ohio Teen Book Festival is a new teen book festival focused on teens and tweens of Northwest Ohio. The Northwest Ohio Teen Book Festival team is an all-volunteer group made up of lovers of literature, who have come together to create a fantastic opportunity for teens from Northwest Ohio and the surrounding area to meet their favorite authors and discover new authors. Book Festivals help keep teenagers reading for pleasure. Reading on their own develops stronger social skills, vocabulary and writing skills, helps them understand & process more complex ideas, expands their ability to build knowledge, and clarifies their career goals.
