MOMENTUM is a three-day festival of music and art, centered on our revitalizing waterfront along the Maumee River. Momentum celebrates the transformative vibrancy of the arts for our city and region by supporting local artists and musicians and inviting international creatives to perform and exhibit in Toledo.
