The Girl Leadership Summit is an event geared toward young women, specifically teen girls between the ages of 11 and 17.

A 30-year veteran of mentoring and speaking with girls and young professionals, Kristi K. Hoffman created the event in 2016 as a way for young girls 11-17 to unite and empower one another.
