The Toledo Gem and Rockhound Club presents its 55th annual show & sale, “Treasures Unearthed.” Visitors will discover new, exotic rocks, crystals, fossils and minerals. More than 30 vendors offer rare, delightfully beautiful gems, specimens, jewelry and treasures from around the world.
This family-friendly event has make-and-take, hands-on activities for families.
Live demonstrations of rock and jewelry arts will include:
• Gemstone cutting and polishing
• “Extreme Beading,” featuring hand-made, delicate bead work
• Metal crafting of hand-wrought necklaces, bracelets and rings
• Flint knapping of stone daggers, spear points and arrowheads

Children 12 and under accompanied by an adult are admitted free. Scouts in uniform are admitted free as well.
