Elite Karate is helping TLCPL celebrate Women in Sports by introducing participants to practical self-defense concepts through awareness, boundary-setting, and beginner-friendly physical techniques.

Celebrate Women’s History Month by joining Elite Karate for StrongHer: Women’s Self-Defense and Confidence Workshop. This session is designed to be empowering and accessible for mixed ages (teen and adult women), with no prior martial arts experience required.
